It all started with the order process. I'm 68 years old and always skeptical about ordering online. That part was easy. I live in Alaska, but Heybike doesn't deliver to Alaska, probably because of the Lithium battery. However, after I placed the order the bike arrived at a family member's home in Wyoming in less than a week. Yes, I had to travel to get it, but that was the plan. The bike was packaged very well and there was no da; not even a scratch.It was easy to assemble, since most of the work was already done. Once completed, I hopped on and began riding before I even read the directions. I really like the bike. It is comfortable to ride, provides the necessary assist while pedaling or I can just pedal like a regular bike and it is easy. Great for touring and exercise. It's easier to place in a bike rack on the truck or 5th wheel trailer than it is to fold, but that's OK. It has held up to the vibrations, shaking and bouncing from traveling. I would highly recommend
this e-bike for any entry level e-biking or for an old person like me. The customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Thanks Heybike.
