Cityrun

I purchased two, one for myself and my wife. They were delivered all together no issues. They ride very good, look good, and very fast, we’ve only went on three rides so far but plan on many more.
However, on my bike the one listed here some how I am not able get the PAS down to zero, the lowest stays in one. Works well going up to five but can only get down to one. Maybe your technical team can offer some advice? It’s like the switch does not recognize (1) . Otherwise, everything works well. We should have also had quick release front wheel release. You advertised it and then did not fulfill, not cool that we have to carry a wrench to take off the wheel. I’d like to see something done about that maybe a swap out. That could be considered false advertising. Just saying. I’ve been in customer service business for 30 years and this should be addressed. Customers don’t like to be disappointed. It determines whether customers share good experiences with others and impacts sales. Customer reviews make a difference. Much appreciated, thank you

This bike is an excellent bike Checked all my boxes for what features that I wanted And for my wife My wife has some health issues And we were looking to buy ebikes This bike is fun and exciting when you ride it. It's very smooth Great looking bike Well made We bought 2 during the sale. I got mine earlier My wife's came in a little bit later And she absolutely loves it just like I do!!! We have had No trouble putting them together. They run great and we are big people. Plenty of power!

My wife and I bought a pair of City Runs about a month ago.

Assembly was easy. The disposal of the boxes actually took longer.

We found the free baskets to be too big, too heavy, and made riding difficult especially on tight turns. So we took them off the bikes.

The bolt securing my seat to the post bent after a couple weeks. Basically I couldn't keep the seat secured no matter how much torque I applied. I emailed customer service and they didn't respond. A little disappointed at that but a $0.10 bolt isn't going to keep me down.

The bikes are well built. The battery is very good. Yesterday we biked +73 km on Ottawa's amazing bike trails, including an hour in a downpour and those bike just kept on going. By the end my battery was flashing and hers still had 2 bars (she is half my weight).

We are very satisfied with our purchase. We feel like we're 12 again riding our bikes smiling the whole way. We feel like we are getting terrific value from them, so if you are considering buying these bikes, I would 100% do it again.
