didn’t send all the accessories

I ordered two braun bikes and recieved them in a timely manner. When i opened the box both bikes had dammage on them and 1 bike never came with the fenders or the bike rack. They have since sent me the fenders but has been over a year and still waiting on the rear rack.
I phoned there customer service and they are telling me g me it’s on back order . but also said they have bikes with racks on them for people making a new order . I asked the support guy why they can’t take a rack of a bike that they haven’t sold yet and again said they will get back to me . i paid C$95 for the rack but still haven’t received it yet .

Inconsistency

I ordered a brawn rear rack and the picture on the official website didn't match what was sent to me (but it was the correct product) after talking to customer service. I told them I wasn't sent any of the mounting hardware but they didn't send any screws to me. I was just planning to install it when I find myself the right screws.

If anyone from customer service sees this can you please help send me the screws? Thanks.

Rack is nice but no instructions and 3 different size bolts. Figured it out eventually but there should be some basic instructions with it.
