The battery doesn't fit for my Ranger S, it's a bit too big! I will say that I absolutely love HeyBike, I've gotten my Ranger S and the back rack bags from their store and they work beautifully!! The support team is amazing and always on the ball to help, I'm sure I'd love the spare Ranger S battery, I just think I got sent the wrong item? Maybe one of the bikes has a battery that looks similar, the label has different wattages- (I'm not a tech guy, forgive me) -and numbers from my original Ranger S battery as well!! But if you're looking for an electric bike, I cannot recommend HeyBike enough, this is the only bike that's actually lasted my ride to work everyday 😂😂

I havent use it yet but for backup. It really helps alot since the tire for my bike are huge and paddling starting is hard without the battery.
The Ranger-s is my fourth electric bicycle in 15 years or so. The improvements in technology have made a few leaps forward, but I am honestly surprised this time. It’s $800 cheaper than my last one and it’s 250w more powerful, and about 10b lighter.
I live in a town built in a hole and has crazy steep streets. and none of the previous e-bikes I owned would go up the hills here even with me pulling too. But, hey! The Ranger pulled it no sweat.
The fact that I can fold it up and put it in may car is still blowing me away.
I have also been accosted by strangers saying things like “nice bike” which is another cool feature.

My first one and it's a nice one. Once I put a rear view mirror and a cup holder on it, I'm good to go. The extra basket I got as a bonus is superb and fits the bill quite well. The extra battery I ordered must have been expensive but unnecessary need for my usage.
