App is got serious issues! So HeyBike Connect fails.

My bike works great, but unfortunately the app is horrible and goes offline all the time. I paid for the Heybike Connect over 2 months ago and not able to even reliably use the features. GPS is offline most of the time. Support is aware of the issue but still not able to provide an answer, so after paying, not getting what you are supposed to. Hopefully they fix this issue!

After 11 days, finally had a wonderful guy named Todd help me by sending me instructions on how to redeem points, activate for the first time, sync and Bluetooth it…. No issues since!
