GENERAL SAFETY WARNING & DISCLAIMER

Applicable Standards and Regulations: European Union: EN 15194, EN 50604-1, UN 38.3 | United States: CPSC, UL 2271, UL 2849 | Canada: CSA and Health Canada safety requirements.

The lithium-ion battery equipped with this electric bicycle has inherent technical risks including but not limited to overheating, swelling, electrolyte leakage, thermal runaway, fire and explosion. Even if the product has passed EU, US and Canadian safety certifications, improper use, manual damage and illegal operation may still cause safety accidents. By installing, charging, storing and using this battery, the user voluntarily reads, fully understands and unconditionally accepts all disclaimer terms below.

二、COMPLIANCE USAGE SPECIFICATIONS

1. This battery is only compatible with original factory equipment and dedicated original chargers. The use of uncertified third-party chargers, adapters and non-standard accessories is strictly prohibited.

2. Unauthorized disassembly, cutting, piercing, squeezing, welding, modification and reconstruction of the battery pack and BMS system are strictly prohibited. Replacing non-original battery cells and parts is forbidden. Any unauthorized manual modification will automatically void all warranty services.

3. Strictly prohibit the battery from falling, dropping from heights and violent impact, and avoid all external collision damage. Do not immerse the battery in water or expose it to rain, humid, corrosive, high-temperature or closed sun-exposed environments for a long time. Overnight charging indoors, in bedrooms or enclosed living spaces is strictly forbidden. Long-term unattended charging or charging on combustible surfaces is prohibited. The charging process must be carried out in a well-ventilated environment with personnel on supervision.

4. For long-term storage, keep 50%-60% battery power and charge periodically. Do not store the battery in deep discharge state. If any abnormality such as swelling, peculiar smell, leakage, overheating or shell damage is found, stop use immediately, cut off power and move the battery to a safe area. Continuous charging and use are strictly forbidden.

5. Battery transportation must strictly comply with UN38.3 and global dangerous goods transportation regulations. Damaged and faulty batteries are not allowed for mailing or logistics transportation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of all countries, our enterprise shall not bear any warranty liability, personal injury liability or property compensation liability for all losses caused by the following human factors and non-manufacturing defects:

1. The user fails to use, charge, store or transport the battery in accordance with product manuals, safety warnings and operating specifications;

2. Battery damage caused by external forces such as manual falling, dropping from heights, impact, piercing, squeezing, water ingress, corrosion and high temperature;

3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, maintenance, cell replacement, circuit and BMS system alteration;

4. Battery faults caused by the use of non-original or uncertified chargers, controllers, wiring harnesses and accessories;

5. Normal consumption such as capacity attenuation and natural aging caused by normal use;

6. Damage caused by overload use, negligent storage, accidents, human abuse and force majeure;

7. Products with altered, covered or removed serial numbers that cannot be traced.

三、LEGAL STATEMENT

1. This disclaimer shall take effect to the maximum extent permitted by local laws. If the laws of some countries or regions prohibit the limitation of indirect loss liability, the corresponding content of this clause shall be automatically invalid, without affecting the validity of other clauses.

2. The user acknowledges the inherent safety risks of lithium batteries and is obligated to conduct daily inspections and stop using faulty batteries in a timely manner. All accidents and losses caused by continued use of known abnormal batteries shall be borne by the user.

3. This statement does not exempt the statutory mandatory liability of products. The compliant liability caused by product manufacturing defects shall be implemented in accordance with local consumer protection laws and product liability laws.
