What Are Fat Tire Step-Thru E-Bikes Good For?
A fat tire step-thru e-bike has both the advantages of a fat-tire and a step-thru. It keeps a more constant speed and stable riding while it is easy to get on and off the bike.
What Are The Main Differences Between Heybike Explore And Heybike Mars?
The Explore is an Ebike that is bigger (26"x 4" fat-tire), more powerful (has a 750w motor), and has a faster speed (up to 28mph) than Heybike Mars. It also has a longer range (70 miles per charge under PAS mode) than Mars. But also please be aware that the recommended height of Explore is 5'9"-6'6" while Mars's 5'3"-6'3".
Can I Use The Explore To Charge My Phone?
Unfortunately, currently, Heybike Explore cannot be used to charge phone as there is no USB charge port on it.

The Explore is my second HeyBike, and I have purchased other brands (Super 73, Aventon) but HeyBike continues to be my favorite! My new explore can certainly carry a cargo load as promised!
I bought the HeyBike Explorer and absolutely love it! It was so easy to install and love all the additional options to add on. Other people on a motorcycle even said to me “hello fellow biker” which made me feel so happy. I went for my first ride to Walmart and everyone was telling me they liked it and wanted to know where they could get one. I plan on becoming a rep. and want to promote HeyBike because I believe in their product and everyone should have one. Bird scooters are all over in my town but if people knew more about these bikes Bird would not exist. Go buy one and you won’t be disappointed at all!!! Thank you!
My husband and I have been e-bike riders for 2 1/2 yrs and have ridden 3500 miles so far. However, as much as I loved my original e-bike, I have had a lot of trouble getting in and out of the bike. It is a step thru but the area to step thru is very limited and I have found it more and more difficult to use. Enter the EXPLORE! I decided I really needed a step thru that was going to be an easy on easy off thing. Along with the great sale that Heybike was having, it was a no brainer! I just love it! I feel so much safer. We like to ride off road and have a terrific trail near home. It is challenging but not overly. we are 70 yrs old and e-bikes make you feel like a kid again! If you are looking for a fat tire e-bike with a generous step thru area along with all the components/battery/etc....don't hesitate to buy this bike! It is truly AWESOME!
